What we collect
The contact form stores the name, email address, optional company, topic and message you provide in the QIT Games private inbox. We use these details to handle your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive information.
Demo data
Launching the game creates a random session cookie and server-side records of virtual credits and game rounds. These are used to maintain and recover your demo session. The demo has no payment system.
Infrastructure
The website is hosted on our own server. Cloudflare provides the public connection and security layer and processes network information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Our application does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies.
Retention and requests
Contact messages are removed from the live inbox after 90 days. Technical server logs are rotated. Demo data may be reset; it is not a permanent account. Backups may retain older records for their backup retention period.
To ask about, correct or delete a contact message, use the contact form and select “Privacy request”. Provide the email address used for your enquiry. We may need to verify the request.
